To identify / develop and maintain specific Enterprise accounts with an opportunity plansupporting company goals.
To retain top enterprise customers and nurture those key relationships over time.
Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.

Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on aday-to-day basis.
Responsible for working with the Pre-Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client
Collaborate between the customer and internal teams.
Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing newcustomers.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.

Any degree or diploma.
5-7 years of experience in relevant industry (IT/ BFSI/ Manufacturing)
Good Communication Skills.
