Is there any delivery charges?
Merchants to Merchants delivery charges vary and are based on the delivery location from Merchants place.
Merchants experience relatively higher shipping costs on low bill value. Merchants charge nominal costs for such cases.
Charges will start, if the buyers bill value is lesser than Rs.500 /- , if the bill value is more than Rs.500 /- there will be no delivery charges from the merchants. There will be not hidden charges from the merchant also it is based on the merchant’s policy.
Merchants are unable to commit on delivery date and Why?
All Merchants do have Delivery Partners, in case buyers order falls on week days or before festival date or before any holiday, the delivery partners will deliver the products based on received order priority and location preference. But they ensure that all the orders will be delivered as per the schedule date positively. Sometimes due to various external factors may delay the delivery or due to natural environment it may be a hurdle for the delivery partner for the delay in delivery. Few partners will not work on Sundays and holiday time.
What will be the estimated delivery time?
Merchants normally deliver the products as per the schedule. Sometimes the ,merchants face the following challenges :
High demand on the specific product, Unexpected huge orders, availability of the product with the merchant, find difficult to reach the buyers location due to remote area.
Buyers might have experienced on delay in delivery date and it might have not delivered as per the schedule time and date.
As we mentioned above the delivery times are based on product availability, Merchants territory, buyer’s location, delivery partner’s priority as per their line of orders in hand.
Do we need to mention pin code ?
If the buyer like to have the products to be delivered on time as per the schedule, it is better to mention their location pin code on the website product page to enjoy delivery comfort.
The product page will indicate the delivery reachability by the merchant and deliver partner.
Request the buyers to provide the pin code at the time search and even at the time of checkout after completion of product order placing formalities with proper and updated clear address.
Is there any reason for delay in delivery?
In availability of delivery partners and schedule date and time if there is not legal restrictions or based on merchants terms and conditions or based on merchants policy or based on product availability, reach, various environment or due to unexpected labour issues may delay the buyers product delivery.
Merchant’s discretion is final to deliver the products as per the merchant’s policy and terms and conditions.
Payment norms and CoD
Payment or credit, debit card or cash on delivery is based on delivery partners payment policy and ability to utilise the payment collection instrument in condition and uninterrupted network service by the service provider or the bank.
Most of the delivery partners may insist on cashless payment , incase of the above issues the delivery partner may go for cash on delivery.
Cash payment policy with the delivery partner may be restricted based on the cash collection limit. Should not exceed the limit or should not violate the cash on delivery policy of merchants or delivery partner. The buyers cant not force the delivery partner to collect the cash if it is against the policy and legal terms.
Do we receive any communication from Merchant?
If in case the buyer is not available, the delivery partner will convey a clear note to collect the delivery from the delivery partners location within 48 hrs. of time. In case it it exceed more than 48 hours , the delivery partner has the full rights to return the product back to the merchant without the buyers permission.
On the other hand if the buyer wants to returns their products can feel free to call the customer service to return the same as per the customer service instructions. But the return charges are borne by the buyer as per the merchant’s policy.
The delivery partner will support the buyer to return the product via the delivery partners logistic to sort out the issue at the earliest.
Is there any area restriction in delivery?
In case of peripheral areas the merchant may avail The Indian Postal Services or local courier services to deliver the products based on the location and the product and the bill value.
In case product gone out of stock, after the buyers order, the merchant will procure the product and will deliver the same to the buyer. This leads to delay in deliver the product. At the same time the buyer will get proper communication from the merchant about the status of the order and the customer relationship manager or service centre will keep this order in track and will ensure the products are delivered of the procurement.
How about delivery on Mega offer and Product launch?
At the time of mega launch or any launch with offer, with the launch date and this launch advertisement published a week or few days before the launch period, the products will be delivered as per the schedule or may delay to 6 working days.
This may be due to huge order placed by the buyers in pan india basis and the merchants need to allot all the orders to the respective delivery partners as per the products availability on state wise, order wise, delivery location wise. This pre order delivery dates are communicated to the buyers on time to time.
Limitation – liability
We have a tie up with few e commerce companies as an affiliate marketing partner, in such case all the terms conditions, return policy, payment policy, site usage policy, delivery policy etc etc are applicable to the buyers based on the affiliate companies policy.
The buyers have to follow the policy of our affiliate marketing partner’s terms and condition. Also the concern affiliate marketing company customer service will communicate to the buyer on time to time about the products, launch, return, refund, delivery and other terms and conditions.

Cancellation or Return or Replacement request for the users request should reach us within 10 days from the order date and to be submitted within 10 days of receiving the Product. We will not be or take any liability to process the refund or damaged goods or item or replace if it is empty pockets or the product packs are damaged or bills are not submitted with in 2 days of receiving the product or products with incorrect size or different colour or quantity or missing any internal or external parts or accessories or damaged or defective or not delivered as per the users orders specification or change in price or difference in price with the original order.
